SHIPPING & RETURNS
Every hank of The Royal Bee Yarn Co. Purple Couch Collection is hand dyed and therefore unique in its variegation. We celebrate the differences and think the outcome is beautiful. If you are looking for a more consistent fabric, we recommend alternating strands. It’s important that you are 100% satisfied with our yarn. If you wish to return it, please email us within 14 days of receipt of the yarn at email@example.com and we will provide you with a return number. Please ensure the yarn is unused and in its original condition/packaging and you will be provided with a full refund or exchange. Please note shipping costs will not be refunded.

We ship all domestic packages via United States Postal Service Priority Mail (USPS) by default, approximately 2-3 business days after the receipt of your order, The general shipping times for USPS Priority mail are as follows: USA – priority shipments usually take 3 – 5 business days. Please note, The Royal Bee Yarn Company is not responsible for any lost, or stolen items once the order has left our facility.
Contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number, and tracking information and we will contact USPS and file a missing parcel claim that business day. USPS will then contact the last post office location your tracking information listed, and have them relocate the package, or confirm the delivery of the package.
The Royal Bee Yarn Company is not responsible for items once confirmed as delivered. We cannot replace, or issue a refund for packages lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered, once the package has left our facility.
You are being charged the sales tax rate from where The Royal Bee Yarn Company is physically located and registered. California is a origin sales tax state and therefore sales tax is due from the origin of the location from which your yarn is shipped to you.
